      To create a sharp, defined look, glide 1440 Eyeliner along the lash line and waterline.

      For a more diffused, smokey eye, use a small brush to soften the line and diffuse the color along the eyelid.

      Once the formula sets (30 seconds) it is waterproof, transfer proof, budge proof and smudge proof.

      Pro Tip: For an instantly brighter and widened eye look, you can use the shade Icing to line the waterline.
